Conference photography in Toronto.
Conference photographers for Toronto organizers. We photograph your stage, your sponsors and your attendees, and can deliver your first album the same day.
CONFERENCE PHOTOGRAPHERS, TORONTO:
Photos you can post while the event is still on.
Conference Media is a Toronto conference photography team. We photograph keynotes and panels, networking, sponsor booths and headshots, and deliver your first album the same day. We've delivered 50,000+ photos from 100+ conferences, at venues from the Metro Toronto Convention Centre to Hotel X.

ONE EVENT, THREE AUDIENCES:
What the photos do after the event.
Sells next year's tickets.
A packed room and engaged attendees make your website and registration emails sell the next event.
Renews your sponsors.
A sorted gallery for each sponsor shows their booth busy, giving your team proof before renewal.
Brings back speakers.
Great stage photos and a fresh headshot are what speakers share, and why they say yes again.
HOW WE WORK:
You focus on the event, we focus on the content.
It starts with one planning call, where we learn what the photos are for and build a shot list with you: the speakers, sponsors and moments that can't be missed.
On the day, our photographers arrive early and you get one point of contact. Afterwards, the gallery arrives organized by session, sponsor and speaker, so your team can find what they need in seconds.
OUR SETUP:
One photographer, two cameras.
Our typical setup is one photographer working with two cameras: a 24–70mm lens for wide shots of the room, networking and booths, and a 70–200mm lens for tight shots of every speaker on stage. An on-camera flash keeps faces bright and natural in dim ballrooms and breakout rooms. Multi-room conferences get more photographers, so every session is covered.
HEADSHOTS:
A portrait studio at your event.
We can set up an on-site portrait studio so speakers and attendees get professional headshots between sessions. It's a draw on the floor, a perk sponsors can put their name on, and it gives speakers an up-to-date photo for their bios.

FAQ:
Conference photography questions.
How much does conference photography cost in Toronto?
Conference photography starts at $1,750. The price depends on how many hours and photographers you need and whether you add same-day delivery. Tell us your date and budget and we'll send a quote.
How fast do we get the photos?
A quick photo album arrives the same day and the full album within 48 hours. With the same-day add-on, stage photos arrive right after the keynote and every photo is delivered the same day.
How many photos will we get?
It depends on the length and size of your event. At one 400-person, one-day conference we delivered about 500 edited photos.
Can you photograph headshots at the conference?
Yes. We set up an on-site portrait studio for speaker and attendee headshots, ready for bios, LinkedIn and event marketing.
Can our sponsors get their own photos?
Yes. We photograph every booth and sort the gallery by sponsor, so you can send each partner their own set.
How many photographers does my conference need?
For a single-room conference, one photographer with two cameras is usually enough: a 24–70mm lens for the room and a 70–200mm lens for the stage, with on-camera flash. Multi-room and multi-day conferences get more photographers so no session is missed.
Do you also film video?
Yes. The same team covers conference videography, from keynote recordings to same-day recap videos, so you only brief one crew.
Do you cover conferences outside Toronto?
Yes. We cover the GTA and travel across Canada. Recent work includes a conference at the Fairmont in Montreal.
When should we book?
As soon as your date is set. Spring (March to June) and fall (September to November) are our busiest seasons, and dates fill up first then.
Reserve your shoot day.
We have a busy calendar,
but for you, we can make it work.
