Conference videography in Toronto.
Conference videographers for Toronto organizers. We film your keynotes, panels, sponsors and attendees, and can deliver your recap video the same day.
CONFERENCE VIDEOGRAPHERS, TORONTO:
Video that keeps working after the event.
Conference Media is a Toronto conference videography team. We record keynotes and panels, film interviews with attendees and speakers, cover your sponsors, and edit recap videos, with same-day delivery available. We've filmed 100+ conferences in English and French, at venues from the Metro Toronto Convention Centre to Hotel X.
WHAT WE FILM:
Everything you need to sell the next one.
Keynotes and panels.
Full sessions with clean stage audio, ready for on-demand viewing.
Recap videos.
The day in a highlight video for LinkedIn, your website and next year's promo.
Interviews.
Attendees, speakers and sponsors on camera, saying why the event matters.
Speaker clips.
The strongest moments from each talk, cut short for speakers to share.
Sponsor coverage.
Every booth and activation, sorted by sponsor so each partner sees their return.
Live social clips.
Short clips sent during the event, ready to post while people are still in the room.

ONE EVENT, THREE AUDIENCES:
What the video does after the event.
Sells next year's tickets.
A full room, energy on stage and attendees saying why they came does more for registrations than any brochure.
Renews your sponsors.
Booth footage and sponsor interviews give your partnerships team proof to send before renewal.
Brings back speakers.
A clean keynote recording and a clip they can post is part of the pitch for next year.
HOW WE WORK:
You focus on the event, we focus on the content.
It starts with one planning call, where we learn what the content is for and build the shot list and interview plan with you. Before the day, we coordinate with your venue and AV provider so the audio is clean.
On the day, our crew arrives early and you get one point of contact. Afterwards, everything arrives organized by session, sponsor and speaker, so nothing sits unused in a folder.
OUR SETUP:
One videographer, two cameras.
Our typical setup is one videographer running two cameras: a 24–70mm lens for wide shots of the room, networking and booths, and a 70–200mm lens locked on the stage for tight shots of every speaker. Multi-room and multi-day conferences get more videographers, so every stage is covered at once.
Running in French? Our founder speaks French and conducts and edits French-language interviews himself, so bilingual events don't need a second crew.

HIRING ADVICE:
What to ask any conference videographer.
Can I see conference work?
Recaps and keynote recordings from real conferences, not weddings or brand ads.
When do I get each video?
Get the turnaround for photos, the recap and full sessions in writing.
How will you record the stage?
The answer should involve the venue's AV team, not a mic at the back of the room.

FAQ:
Conference videography questions.
How much does conference videography cost in Toronto?
Full-day conference video starts at about $3,500. The price increases with interview lighting and audio, recorded stage audio, the type and number of edited videos, and same-day delivery. Photography-only coverage starts at $1,750.
Can you deliver a recap video the same day?
Yes. Same-day delivery is an add-on: stage photos right after the keynote, and every photo and video delivered the same day, so you can post while attendees are still talking about the event. Standard delivery is a quick photo album the same day, the full album within 48 hours, and edited videos in 5 to 10 business days.
How many videographers does my conference need?
For a single-room conference, one videographer running two cameras is usually enough: a 24–70mm lens for wide shots and a 70–200mm lens for the stage. Multi-room and multi-day conferences get more videographers so every stage is covered.
Can you record full keynotes and panels?
Yes. We record full keynote and panel sessions for on-demand viewing, and cut short speaker clips from them for social media and next year's promotion.
Do you work with the venue's AV team?
Yes. We coordinate with your venue and AV provider before the event so we can record clean audio from the stage.
Can you film a conference in French?
Yes. Our founder speaks French and conducts and edits French-language interviews himself, so bilingual events don't need a second crew.
Do you also photograph the conference?
Yes. We cover photo and video together: stage, networking, sponsor booths and headshots, with galleries sorted by session, sponsor and speaker.
Do you cover conferences outside Toronto?
Yes. We cover the GTA and travel across Canada. Recent work includes a conference at the Fairmont in Montreal.
When should we book?
As soon as your date is set. Spring (March to June) and fall (September to November) are our busiest seasons, and dates fill up first then.
Reserve your shoot day.
We have a busy calendar,
but for you, we can make it work.
